First flown 29 January 1971 and delivered to South African Airways as ZS-SBV, 17 February. Bought by Austin Airways in November 1983, the aircraft would fly with Air Ontario in 1987 and Air Creebec in 1989. On November 29, 1991, an engine exploded on take-off at Rivière-au-Saumon, Quebec and C-GGOO was destroyed by the subsequent fire after an abort. There were no fatalities and the cause was traced to contaminated fluid in the water/methanol system from a mis-labled drum.
