The first 727 for Frontier, delivered as N7270F in September 1966, later N297BN with Braniff and FirstAir, renamed Regent Air and rereg N502RA. The airline briefly performed 30-seat flights from Newark to LAX. Became N502MG with MGM Grand Air in early 1987, going on to American International Airways at the end of 1994.
