At rest on the ramp at Hemet-Ryan Fire Attack Base, CA. Carries, under its cockpit, the titles "Ryan Air Attack". In military service from new with the US Marine Corps as 155457.Put into storage at MASDC, Arizona in 1975, but returned to Marine Corps service. In 1993, transferred to the US Forest Service and allocated to the California Department of Forestry & Fire Protection as N401DF, operating as Fire Service "301".
