Prototype DC-10-30. First flew as N1339U in 1972. Delivered to KLM as PH-DTA in 1974. To McDonnell-Douglas as N525MD in 1994. Leased to Kras Air in 1995 and returned in 1996. To Continental Airlines in 1997 and reregistered as N12089 in 1998. Withdrawn from use at Greenwood, MS in 2001 and scrapped in 2003.
