Delivered to Garuda Indonesian Airways as PK-GNK in 1975. To Aero Lloyd as D-ALLA in 1982 then to Midwest Express as N203ME in 1993, Midwest Airlines in 2003 and to Aérocalifornia as XA-UDE in 2005.
