Built in 1965 and registered G-ASXV to Short Brothers and Harland, Belfast and from October 1965 to Allied Breweries. To OO-ATO in August 1979 and reverted to the British reg in February 1984. Became EC-EZN in 1990 and w/o while operated by Aerofer on 9th January 1999. On departure from ValdepeƱas both engines stopped and a crash-landing was made in a field 3km from the airport. Damaged beyond repair. The investigation concluded that fuel had probably been stolen from the aircraft's tanks while it had been parked over the previous five days This photo is copyright © Richard Vandervord, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
