L-410UVP-E prototype. First flew as OK-170 in 1984. Reregistered as OK-OZF in 1985. Converted to an L-410UVP-E9 and first flew as such as OK-ODF in 1988. To Puntavia in 1992 and reregistered as J2-KBD in 1993. Returned to LET as OK-ODF in 1997. To United Airlines as 5Y-UAS in 1998.
