Heading for a Lake Hood touchdown. Delivered new to the Ghana Air Force as G307 in 1961. Returned to Canada to be refurbished and civilianised in 1974. Flew as C-GLCR in 1976, operating in Quebec. Exported to Alaska in 1982 as N2889J with 40 Mile Air of Tok, then from 1986 with Bering Air of Nome, joining Rust's at Anchorage in 1990. Vazar Turbine conversion was carried out by Flight Support Inc at Victoria, BC in 2000. Returned again to Rust's service thereafter. This photo is copyright © David A.
