Ca.1957: TOS USAF. By 1967: 374th TAW, Naha Air Base, Okinawa. Flew Operation Blind Bat missions in Vietnam. Nov '72: TOS South Vietnam Air Force. 1975: TOS USAF. Assigned to 35th TAS, Naha Air Base, Okinawa. UNK: 105th TAS/118th TAW (ANG), Berry Field ANG Base, Nashville, TN. By 6/80: 64th TAS/440th TAW (AFRES), O'Hare Airport, Chicago, IL. 6/87: To unknown with c/r N223MA. Used in 1980s for an Oldsmobile commercial where 6 prototypes were dropped out the back of the aircraft. All of the cars were destroyed in the drops.
