Delivered to Civil Air Transport as B-1006 in 1958. To Royal Air Lao as XW-PFZ in 1968 then to Southern Air Transport as N93459 in 1972, Trans Continental Airlines in 1978 and to Air Atlantique as G-SIXC in 1987. Stored at Coventry in 2007. Converted to the DC-6 Diner restaurant. Transported to St. Athan for the South Wales Air Museum in 2021.
