In August of 2017, EL AL became a Dreamliner operator with the delivery of its first Boeing 787-9 (4X-EDA). The national airline of Israel currently operates 17 Dreamliners, of which four are -8 (registered 4X-ERA through 4X-ERD) and thirdteen are of the longer -9 version registered 4X-EDA through 4X-EDN (except 4X-EDG). 4X-EDK pictured here is a 2019 airframe which was delivered on June 18, 2019.
