Although carrying a Ukraine flag and assumed by many to be operated by the their air force, technically this Coaler (armed with two rocket pods under the wings and a belly mounted 23mm gun) was in the service of the Russian Border Guards. By 1993 it had been given the identity "22 blue" with the FSB, changed to RF-72024 by 2008.
