Former US Navy JRF-5 37819. To US Department of the Interior with Fish and Wildlife Service as N780 in 1958. Had non-standard turbo conversion with 40 inch fuselage extension. To N92MT in 1993, CC-CTG in 1994, N92MT again in 1995, N86MT in 1996 and N221AG in 2001. Destroyed in fatal crash at Al Ain Airport, United Arab Emirates in 2011.
