This aircraft was damaged beyond repair on 25 October 1998. The pilot of the plane had not checked the parking brakes. After starting the first engine the aircraft started to roll and the propeller hit a power unit resulting in the disconnection of one of the blades. This resulted also in a fuel leak and subsequent fire. The propeller collision caused metal fragments to impact the right side fuselage. In all this resulted in a write off of the aircraft.
