Delivered to Austrian Airlines as MD-81 OE-LDX in 1982. Converted to an MD-82 in 1990. To Spirit Airlines as N811NK in 1999 then to Kulula as ZS-OPU in 2005 and to Insel Air as PJ-MDB in 2008.
