RAF serial RM694, built in Oct 1943 (RR Griffon 65 engine), with 91 (Nigeria)Sqn, flew 30+ missions of V1 hunting, then 402 (Winnipeg Bear) Sqn, RCAF, Hawkinge. From Sep 44 based in Belgium, damaged following engine failure, became a ground instruction airframe in Nov 48, then gate guardian RAF Hornchurch from May 50 for the next 15 years.
