This dual seat Eagle was delivered to the USAF on 9 December 1978. It started to serve the 7th TFS 'HO' from Holloman (NM), was moved to the 426th TFTS 'LA' from Luke (AZ), later the 555th TFTS 'LA' from Luke and was then moved to the Louisiana ANG were it was assigned to the 122nd TFS wich was later redesignated to 122nd FS. In both cases, no tailcode. In July 1998, the Eagle was moved to Warner Robins Air Logistic Center (GA) for maintenance, then returned to the 122nd and received the JZ (jazz) tailcode.
