Photo taken while the a/c was undergoing restoration at the National Naval Aviation Museum. This Dauntless was lost in Lake Michigan on 19 January 1944 while assigned to the Carrier Qualification Training Unit (CQTU) at NAS Glenview, IL. Recovered from the lake on 4 December 1995..After restoration it was on display at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum.
