Built for the US Navy as PBY-5A 33993. Transferred to the USAAF as OA-10 43-43847. Redesignated as an OA-10A in 1948. Sold as N4760C in 1954. Modified to a Steward-Davis 28-5ACF EMQ Super Catalina. Damaged in a forced gear up landing near Neilsville WI in 1983. Repaired and preserved at the McChord Air Museum from 1987. Later repainted into USAF colours as 434033.
