Built in 1958 this Friendship flew for the first time 30 October (PH-FAD) and was delivered to Braathens 22 December as LN-SUN. It was bought by Spantax 11 October 1968 with the Spanish registration EC-BPJ and leased to Aviaco from April 1982 until July 1982 when was sold to Pilgrim Airlines and registered N148PM 2 August.
