Delivered to United Airlines as DC-6B N37569 in 1956. To Ansett ANA as VH-INA in 1963 then to Far Eastern Air Transport as B-2003 in 1967. To Bellomy-Lawson Aviation as N62876 and converted to a DC-6B(F) freighter then to Conair Aviation as C-GHCB in 1973 and converted to a firebomber. Withdrawn from use at Abbotsford in 2001.
