Trans North Turbo Air brought this JetRanger to Canada new in 1972 initially registered CF-DDL. On February 24, 1993 , the helicopter crashed in Macmillan Pass, a remote area near the border of the Yukon and Northwest Territories. No details were provided in the accident report, but Trans North dispatched two helicopters with SAR techs to rescue those involved. The registration has since been re-used on a Robinson R-22 Beta.
