Built in 1960 and registered as N301Y. Operated by Los Angeles Airways then Chicago Helicopter Airways from 1962 to 1966. To Can-Arc Helicopters as C-FAPO by 1988. Reregistered as N301Y in 1990 then to VIH Helicopters as C-FQNG by 1995. To VH Cougar as N301Y in 2003 and back to VIH Helicopters as C-FQNG in 2005. Still in service in 2025.
