Test reg PH-FKW before delivery to DTA Angola Airlines - Direcçao de Transportes Aéreos as F27-200 CR-LIJ in 1967 who were renamed to TAAG Angola Airlines - Linhas Aéreas de Angola in 1974. Reregistered as D2-LIJ in 1975, D2-TIJ in 1976. To Fokker as PH-FKW in 1980 and converted to an F27-600. To TAM as PT-LAI in 1981. Returned to Fokker as PH-FKW in 1994 and stored at Mena, AR.
