Built for Skymark Airlines (N955SM) in April 1969, the delivery did not materialize. Delivered to Mcintyre Porcupine Mines as CF-GJK in October 1969, the aircraft was sold to Transair in 1972. Later owners were Perimeter Aviation (1976 as C-FGJK), Gateway Aviation (February 1979) and Inuvik Coastal Airways (May 1979). It is pictured leased to Trans North Turbo Air in 1980. Returned to Inuvik Coastal in June 1981, the aircraft crashed at Paulatuk Airport, NT on December 17, 1983. During an overshoot in strong winds, the left wing contacted the ground and the overloaded aircraft cartwheeled.
