Test reg PH-FCR before delivery to All Nippon Airways as F27-100 JA8601 in 1961. To Pelita Air Service as PK-PFW in 1972. Converted to an F27-600P in 1975. To Fokker as PH-FCR in 1979 then to TAM as PT-LAF in 1980 and to VICA-Viacao Charter Aéreo in 1997. Withdrawn from use at Sao Paulo-Guarulhos by 2002.
