A wonderful view of old Le Bourget from a landing plane - try this with a 1920s camera! KLM had their own tiny offices in Building 5. The five concrete hangars were built in 1921 and 1922 by architect Henri Lossier. They were partly destroyed in 1944, but rebuilt without changes. They are still in use, fortunately as listed monuments. F-AEGP is a Farman Goliath which crashed on 10 March 1927. Bottom left is almost certainly F-AIFE which was registered in August 1926, so this is very much what Lindbergh saw when he landed here.
