23 Apr '54: TOS USAF as C-119G. 1954-1971: Served as troop carrier in active and reserve units in Japan, Oregon, Texas, and Rhode Island. 1971: 143rd Special Operations Group, Theodore Francis Green Airport, Warwick, RI. 1973: Converted to C-119L. Ca.1975: MASDC, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. 6/25/80: Dross Metals with c/r N37484. Beginning 18 Mar '81: Several owners, including as agricultural sprayer. 23 Sep'87: Ferry flight to Hurlburt Field, FL for donation.After acceptance by Hurlburt's Air Commando Park the aircraft was marked to represent an AC-119G.
