Delivered to Air Canada as CF-TJV in 1967. Changed to C-FTJV after 1973. To United Aviation Services as N22UA in 1986 and leased to a number of operators. Converted to a DC-8-61(F) freighter for Kalitta American International Airways as N816CK in 1993. Withdrawn from use at Greenville, MS in 1999 and scrapped in 2001.
