On display at Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum. The Corsair II is painted in the markings of VA-12 as part of CVW-7 embarked on CVN-69 USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, with the "Kiss of Death" squadron emblem on the tail. The unit transitioned from the A-4C to the A-7E on 1 Apr 1971. This aircraft went to the museum in 1996.
