Operated by Air Cornwall that used to have its base here, until most of its UL fleet was destroyed by fire in the hangar in the centre background. Cause was the second of two arson attacks against the Davidstow Flying Club and this company, crimes as yet unsolved. The other buildings are remnants of the Coastal Command air base that was operational for just three years.
