Converted from BAC.VII c/n 132, BGA.197, 1933. Regd G-ADSB Aug-1935 to Geoffrey Arthur Carpmael, Hanworth. Sold 1937/38 [but not regd] to Bernard F Collins, CFI of the County Flying Club Ltd, based Rearsby but also reportedly based Southend. Painted in "dragon" style markings; probably inspired by Heath Robinson. Reportedly converted to glider 1938/39 by the London Gliding Club. Survived WW2 and re-reg as BGA.609 as a BAC VII. Scrapped 1952. Photo from B F Collins.
