Delivered to Northwest Orient Airlines as N518US who were renamed Northwest Airlines in 1986. Titles had not yet been changed. They merged into Delta Air Lines in 2008 but it was not painted into their colours and withdrawn from use at Marana, AZ in 2010. Scrapped in 2013.
