Photograper and location unknown. After some research it seems that this aircraft could be one of the first ten aircraft delivered to the 234 regiment in Kubinka, and so it could be a MiG-23MLA. Six of them made the first western visit for this kind of aircraft in Finland to Kuopio-Rissala air base, but from other photos found in the web the six aircrafts seem to have been numbered from 21 to 26.
