Delivered to the US Army as 62-4178 in 1963. Transferred to the USAF in 1967 then to the South Vietnam Air Force in 1972. Returned to the USAF and stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1977. Left in 1979 and returned to service with the US Army. To Union Flights as N5463 in 1986 then to Operation Blessing International in 1997 and used for relief flights in Africa.
