Built in 1968 and registered as N66180. Operated by Golden West from 1969 until they ceased operations in 1983. To Islena Airlines as HR-ALH in 1988. Damaged beyond repair when it crashed into the water short of the runway while trying to land at Utila, Honduras in 1990. Wreck moved to Calgary for parts recovery.
