This former CityJet Avro RJ85 arrived at Abbotsford Airport, BC on February 6, 2020 from Regina, Saskatchewan and was cannibalized for parts by Conair to support its RJ85 air tanker program before apparently being donated to the University of the Fraser Valley's aviation maintenance program at Abbotsford Airport. Unfortunately, the aircraft maintenance program was suspended during Covid-19 and has not been revised. This RJ85 was originally operated by Mesaba/Northwest Airlink as N527XJ before acquired by CityJet in January 2007. This photo is copyright © Kenneth I.
