The aircraft was visiting in connection with the British F1 Grand Prix which was held particularly early in the season that year at the nearby Silverstone Circuit. The 1968 vintage aircraft was cancelled from the USCAR in April 2011 and was last noted with Preferred Airparts so was probably parted out.
