Delivered to Japan Air Lines as JA8044 in 1970. Sold as N751UA then to Zantop International Airlines and reregistered as N813ZA in 1985. To CF Air Freight as N998CF in 1988 then to Emery Worldwide Airlines in 1990. Withdrawn from use at Smyrna, TN in 1999. Still there in 2003. Scrapped.
