The Fokker was a reconnaissance biplane of which the Luchtvaart Afdeling (LVA, Dutch Army Aviation) received 31 examples. The type was a tremendous export success: some 200 were sold to Russia. As powerplant,, the 450 h.p. Napier Lion engine was mostly used. It featured extendable cooling radiators on both sides of the nose. 122490 / collectie Het Utrechts Archief This photo was added on 16 February 2025, and has since been viewed 127 times. |
