FMS serial 76-1601, delivered to the Egyptian Air Force in January 1977. The workhore was still active in late 2024, running to 50 years of service! The C-130H is assigned the 516 Air Wing at homebase Cairo East and flies from that location for 4 and/or 16 squadron. The Hercules was flown to Gilze a few days in advance of the airshow and flew in a yellow Gomhouria Mk8R prop trainer.
