This aircraft served within 2° Stormo, both in 14° and 103° Gruppo, but never operated with Frecce Tricolori aerobatic team. At the time of this photo it has been just installed on its preservation mount, in front of the local Aeroclub building. Note that the airfcraft still had its original transparent canopy.
