The RAAF took on charge a single Viking on loan from the RAF during nuclear weapons testing. Allocated the serial A82-1 but it was not applied to the aircraft. It was returned to the UK government in 1951 after four years' service in Australia. VL321 was disposed of in 1955 becoming G-AOCH.
