Delivered to the USAF as SA-16B 51-7240. Transferred to the US Coast Guard as UF-1G 7240. Redesignated as an HU-16E in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1970. Left in 1984 and registered as N49115. Stored at Opa-Locka, FL in 1996. Still there in 2007. Later scrapped.
