Built for the RCAF in 1954. Sent to Fort MacMurry, Alberta on 10 April 1956 to support the construction of the Mid-Canada Line or McGill Fence of radar stations. To civil as CF-JTA in 1957. Still used for radar site construction. Crashed in Manitoba in 1962, operated by Autair Helicopters.
