Schiphol in 1925. Six military hangars were initially constructed near the Schiphol fortress and the barracks in the bottom right corner. A tent has been pitched near the civilian hangars for an event. Many visitors will have arrived by boat at the hotel and restaurant on the canal dike, now the N232 road.
