As can be seen here, KLM Asia colours have the KLM crown missing, as well as the Dutch flag that is normally painted just behind the registration. KLM Asia is a KLM subsidiary based in Taiwan, founded in 1995 to facilitate KLM flights to Taiwan without offending the Chinese government. China still considers Taiwan to be part of China, and they threatened to revoke the landing rights of any airline operating into Taiwan. But what you are seeing here is - officially - not a KLM plane, so why revoke KLM's rights to fly to China? Other airlines make use of similar constructions to avoid China's wrath...
