Built in 1968. Damaged 22 Sep 1972 during an auto-rotation landing near Garz when both engines failed in-flight due to icing. Used as a ground instructional airframe from 1974 until the late 80's/early 90's. Preserved in Luftfahrtmuseum Finowfurt from 1993.
