One of the three early Ryan ST (no suffix) aircraft, powered by a 95-hp Menasco engine. NC18315 is a 1937 Taylorcraft A. Foster Lane's operation was temporarily 'evicted' from the south hangar at CMH by the US Navy during WWII. Seen here are the middle hangar, then used by Curtiss Flying Service, and the now demolished north hangar. N14911 is still current as of 2024 as an ST-A. It has been painted in Dutch East Indies warbird colours. Photo from: Lane Aviation This photo was added on 17 March 2024, and has since been viewed 239 times. |
