5 engine PIA 747, spare fifth engine under port wing (with a moulded cover over the fan). Grainy blow-up from distant shot on finals for Heathrow 28R. When the 747 was introduced, complete engines could only be carried by specialist freight aircraft, so a convenient way of moving them round the world was to hang them as shown. As wide-bodied freighters became commonplace this method declined.
